Ecocentric Mom September Box (Review)
As part of my partnership with Ecocentric Mom, I receive one of their monthly subscription boxes for review. Every month when I get my box, I feel extremely grateful that I get to review some awesome products and tell you about them! I just received the September Mom Discovery Box and it was, again, full of products I would’ve never discovered on my own.
Monthly subscriptions to Ecocentric Mom range from $17-$21 a month. The value of the products inside the box well exceed that price, plus you can save hundreds of dollars with the discount codes provided exclusively to Ecocentric Mom subscribers. It’s a great service to learn about healthier products that can reduce the amount of toxins in your household. To find out more about the service or to get next month’s box sent to your mailbox, visit EcocentricMom.com.
Here’s what was in this month’s box:
Bella Organics Crisp Apple Lip Balm ($3.50 full size lip balm) This is so perfect for Fall! And not only does it smell yummy it’s free of GMOs, contains no parabens, no additives and no chemicals. Only natural and organic ingredients.
Eve Organics “Dirty Hands” Hand Sanitizer ($6.95 2oz) Dirty Hands sanitizer is chemical-free, vegan and gluten-free. This sanitizer is for every day use to clean dirty hands. Therapeutic grade essential oils of lavender, lemon, peppermint and tea tree are antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-fungal. LOVE this!
Allimax ($34.99 30 capsules) These capsules made from fresh, raw garlic are designed to help maintain a healthy natural defense system.
Real Purity Lipstick ($15.00 full size) The ingredients that “make up” Real Purity Lipstick are designed to be a powerful anti-oxidant and are so natural that the lipsticks could be eaten without any health concerns. And, did you know, according to the Real Purity website, that the average woman eats 18 tubes of lipstick in their lifetime? Yikes!
Beanfields Bean and Rice Tortilla Chips ($1.49 1.5oz bag) I LOVE that these snacks carry the Non-GMO Project Verified seal of approval. They also have twice as much protein and fiber as most tortilla or potato chip, are gluten free, vegan and food-allergy friendly. PLUS they taste DELICIOUS!
Eve Organics Balance Moisturizer ($23.95 2oz full size) This moisturizer has all the good stuff you want in a skincare product and nothing harmful. What I really appreciate about Eve Organics is their transparency regarding the ingredients in their products. They actually list them! This is not typical with skincare.
Tru All-Natural Multi-Purpose Cleaner ($19.95 concentrate makes 128 fluid ounces) Tru is completely safe and non-toxic, and made from 100% food-grade ingredients and is completely safe and non-toxic. AND they too are completely transparent about their ingredients… even their kids can pronounce them all.
Hang-It-Up Eco Friendly Bamboo Hanger ($19.99 per 2 pack of hangers) I needed a product like this! You can’t (or maybe you can) imagine the tights, scarves and other accessories my daughters have amassed… and then there’s mine! This awesome, eco-friendly hanger is nice to look at and really keeps things in their place with the elastic loops. I’ll be ordering more!
TravelSpritz or FruitSpritz by SpritzBlitz ($5.99 2oz full size) These convenient products contain no BPAs and use the cleaning power of lemon and orange oil to kill germs. And a portion of the proceeds from all of the SpritzBlitz products goes to charities benefiting children.
Other special offers included in my box this month:
A discount off Rock the Locks kids organic and natural hair products, free prints from the free app that lets you order prints of your mobile photos, PostalPix, and a discount on Sprout Non Toxic Nail Polish.
